How Juno made it to the Oscar Nomination?

Its about the movie JUNO that was released last year and I did watch that movie because I was out for a comedy movie. It was a complete waste of my two hour entertainment time. If you take a look at the genre of the movie, it says “comedy” on IMDB and I wonder what did i miss? Today I saw it among the other oscar nominees for 2008. Now this was the funny part!!! Seriously I just don’t get it. How can such a boring and crap movie make it to the oscar nomination? I agree that there is something about Michael Cera because he did a great job making “superbad” a big fun but this time it wasn’t funny at all. I think its time for Seth rogen to come up with something more funny.

I was really shocked to hear abt its nominatee in oscar… I saw its ratings which said lovely, awesome but when i watched the movie, i didnt get it…watched it again and even then could not find the required thing…inshort this film was as bad as it could be but with the concept of teen age pregnancy….

The movie was brilliant. The story was great, the characters were memorable, the dialogue was classic. Everything about the movie was original- sparing “the concept of teen pregnancy. Maybe you saw the movie for the wrong reason. If you wanted cheap laughs and slap-stick comedy, then yes, Seth Rogen is coming out with another movie soon.
